Hartwell Engineering is pleased to have provided design services for a new commercial project in the Washington, DC area. The facility, a 418-seat church, includes a stage, fellowship hall, five classrooms, and baths with full showers. Administrative offices on the second floor provide space for clerical tasks, while a conference room offers accommodations for large group meetings.
Hartwell incorporated advanced lighting controls, allowing members to dim and highlight all areas of the church for maximum mood lighting control. The wiring design for the audio visual needs of the sanctuary and stage was implemented with a seamless experience in mind.
A full lighting fixture schedule was provided to the client, along with complete electrical design drawings to meet all local code and construction requirements.
